O C\u00f3digo do Trabalho (CT), Lei 7\/2009, diz-nos que todas as empresas devem assegurar a cada um dos seus trabalhadores um m\u00ednimo de 35 horas anuais de forma\u00e7\u00e3o profissional cont\u00ednua (art.\u00ba 131\u00ba).<\/p>\n
Na \u00e1rea da Seguran\u00e7a e Sa\u00fade do Trabalho, podemos ainda ver no CT que o empregador deve assegurar forma\u00e7\u00e3o adequada que habilite os trabalhadores a prevenir os riscos associados \u00e0 respetiva atividade (art.\u00ba 282\u00ba) e na Lei 102\/2009 (alterada pela Lei 3\/2014) temos que o trabalhador deve receber uma forma\u00e7\u00e3o adequada no dom\u00ednio da seguran\u00e7a e sa\u00fade no trabalho, tendo em aten\u00e7\u00e3o o posto de trabalho, e que o empregador deve formar, em n\u00famero suficiente, tendo em conta a dimens\u00e3o da empresa e os riscos existentes, os trabalhadores respons\u00e1veis pela aplica\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas de primeiros socorros, de combate a inc\u00eandios e de evacua\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhadores (art.\u00ba 20\u00ba).<\/p>\n
